MSc. Saúl Buitrago Díaz

Saúl Buitrago is an integrated water resources and river basin development specialist. He has been involved in Integrated water resources, hydrological, fluvial & coastal, flood risk, forecasting, and planning projects. He led and  has been part of projects involving the design and implementation of decision support systems for operational water management and forecasting. He is a founding member of Awaio a hydroinformatics Startup based in Colombia. He has a broad experience in the (collaborative) design and implementation of decision support systems for different aspects of water management.
